With a strong foundation in marketing and sales, Rick began his professional journey supporting packaged goods and high-tech companies, where he honed his expertise in creating the right products for companies which resulted in increasing customer bases, optimizing customer experiences, and maximizing revenue streams.
Over the last 18 years, Rick has focused his talents on the non-profit sector, passionately working to help organizations achieve their missions. His leadership has been instrumental in delivering exceptional experiences for donors, partners, advocates, and volunteers while substantially increasing their engagement levels.
